Dicteo is a French dictation app. You listen to a recording, write what you hear, and Dicteo highlights your mistakes in colour, sorts them by type and opens the rule behind each one.
Why we built it
Dictation is the classic way to learn spelling, but on paper nobody explains your mistakes. We built Dicteo so that each one comes with its rule. The correction is rule-based, not AI-generated.
We make this app, so we are not neutral.
What it does

- Over a thousand dictations, at four levels from beginner to expert.
